Welcome to Ballet & Pilates!

The Ballet & Pilates classes aim to combine Pilates mat work and basic Ballet exercises. The Pilates training can help to improve your body tone, body awareness and flexibility. The Ballet centre work will put the Pilates exercises into practice to help you improve your posture, develop balance and fluidity of movement.

It doesn’t matter whether you have experience in either subject or not as the exercises are varied depending on the student.
