I am a qualified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Pilates Matwork Instructor and have been working in the fitness industry since 2003. I am very passionate about sensible fitness routines that are enjoyable and make a difference to my students’ everyday lives. The good thing about Pilates is that it is very safe and adaptable, and for me, the natural progression from the mat work training is to apply the Pilates concept to movement. That is where the Ballet part comes into it. If you have never been to a Ballet class before you might find the idea a bit daunting but be assured that it is a very basic class in a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
