Is the class suitable for beginners?

Yes. The class is suitable for beginners and intermediate level. It is also a good way to get back into exercise after a break.

What should I wear for the class?

Comfortable work-out clothes like leggings, t-shirt and jumper. Layers are best.

Do I need ballet shoes?

Socks are fine for barre work. For the centre work ballet shoes are best (bare foot will be okay for your first class).

Do I need to bring my own mat?
