
Ballet
Exercise for the body and the brain!
The physical benefits of ballet are many: improved control,
co-ordination, muscle tone, strength and flexibility for the whole body.
In addition Ballet provides an opportunity for creative expression and supports emotional and mental well being.
Classes use the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus and free work.
Competition and Exam coaching from Beginner to Advanced also available.
Summer term performance:students age 3+ up to and including adult classes all welcome to be involved!


Barre
A Ballet and Pilates inspired workout.
We use repetitions of basic ballet movements and positions to build a basic vocabulary.
Designed to tone, stretch and strengthen for a complete body workout.
Exercises are devised so that you can work to your own fitness level.
Dress code-usual workout gear and footwear and socks or ballet shoes.
